Efrat Almog is highly educated and experienced in the field of mediation, negotiation, consulting and training.
She is a NYU Polytechnic Business Management graduate and a Doctoral student in the Conflict Resolution Department at NOVA University in Florida.
Ms. Almog is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County, Circuit Civil, Appellate and Family Mediator. 

Ms. Almog served as a Board Director in ACR: Association for Conflict Resolution  and was the Section Director, in charge of 14 sections in the conflict resolution field.

She is recognized as a Mediation Trainer by the Israeli Court Management, she teaches various courses to literally hundreds of students in colleges and universities, She lectures in companies and organizations in the related fields of Conflict Management, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, Communication, Facilitation and Consulting.
Ms. Almog has established several Mediation  Centers and she was the manager of a community mediation center. She has mediated and negotiated in thousands of cases, advised and trained in many companies and organizations 
such as the Israeli IRS, Israeli Tax Authority, the National Insurance Institute, Hospitals, Municipalities and private companies.

In addition, she has served as a co-Judge at the labor court. 
She assisted in conducting a research for the US Congress regarding Workplace Mediation. 
Ms. Almog is a member of ACR, MBB, AFCC, IACM, APFM, ABA, IACP, PON.  

Ms. Almog’s unique experience and education in conflict management and business  has given her an in-depth understanding of her clients' needs.  This combination of skills has helped her develop a complete process that allows the parties to obtain conflict resolution process at an affordable price in terms of both dollars and emotional cost. 
This model was designed to make the transition to alternative conflict resolution more desirable than the traditional attorney-driven process.
